Failed to Load Player Dependencies Error [Tuesday, 06/17/2025]

Acadis is currently experiencing issues with all online trainings. The solution for this issue is to clear your browser's cache then turn off the pop up blocker. These two steps must be done in order. Each browser has a different method for clearing the browsing cache (not just history).

Make sure you change the drop down from 1 hour to 1 week or longer. The longer time you select the more likely it is to fix the issue.

Once this is done, please turn your pop-up blocker off, go back into the training and continue from where you were. If you continue to have issues, please let us know.

Washington State Data Exchange for Public Safety (WADEPS) Overview and Requirements Online Training Assigned Monday, June 9, 2025 [Fri, 06/06/2025]

All Certified Peace Officers and active Reserve Peace Officers in Washington State will be assigned the Washington Data Exchange for Public Safety (WADEPS) Overview and Requirements online training.

All officers assigned will receive an online training email and can find the training in the WSCJTC Acadis Portal when they login next.

Quick Facts:

WADEPS was announced by the Office of the Attorney General on Monday, June 2, 2025.
AGO's Letter to the state's Chiefs and Sheriffs.

The course is eligible for 1.75 hours of in-service credit.
NOTICE: Tribal agencies are not required by RCW Chapter 10.118 to participate in WADEPS and have not yet received informational materials from WADEPS. WADEPS will reach out to these agencies at a later date.
All officers are welcome to complete the course.

Issues with Online Courses - Resources [Fri, 06/06/2025]

I'm Having Issues with My Online Course

Acadis Readiness Suite recommends using the most current version of Chrome for online training, however all online training should function in the most current version of these four (4) browsers without any problems. However, we do recommend using Chrome or Edge for online trainings.

Do NOT attempt to take any online courses in Internet Explorer. Why? Microsoft retired Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022. There are NO current versions of this browser and online training authoring tools no longer develop their software to work in Internet Explorer.
